These terms govern your use of cineme.ai (the "Site") operated by CineMe Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17109388). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.
These terms cover the Site itself — the marketing pages, the contact-card generator at /cannes, and any other public-facing feature. The CineMe production platform (used by our clients to build film and television projects) is governed by a separate service agreement.
You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes including:
/cannes to create a wallpaper for yourself, share it, and pass it to friends and colleagues. You must not:
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the CineMe wordmark and logo, the visual design, and the software powering it — are owned by CineMe Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other intellectual-property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Site and to download a personal copy of any wallpaper image you generate at /cannes. You may share that image with others. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
"CineMe" and the CineMe logo are trade marks of CineMe Ltd.
When you submit information through the Site (for example, your contact details for the wallpaper generator, or a message via the contact form), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our handling of that information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Site is provided for general information and to introduce our service. Nothing on the Site is intended as professional, legal, financial, or production advice, and nothing on it forms a contract for any service. Any contract for production services we provide is concluded separately in writing.
We try to keep the Site available and working, but we don't promise that it will always be available or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw, or change the Site or any feature on it without notice. We won't be liable to you if the Site is unavailable for any period.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and other terms that would otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, CineMe Ltd will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any matter arising out of or in connection with the Site, regardless of the cause of action, will not exceed £100.
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those sites, and providing a link is not an endorsement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top tells you when this version came into force. Your continued use of the Site after we publish updated terms means you accept the change.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, unless you are a consumer based outside England and Wales — in which case mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home jurisdiction may also apply.
